POSITION SUMMARY
The Community Experience Manager manages the day-to-day operations of assigned communities, including managing the team members, daily activities, and resources of the community to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. The Community Experience Manager ensures that the operation of the community complies with Company policies, procedures, and vision by creating an engaging resident experience that is focused on improving residents’ lives and their communities.
